Hello!

Thank you for your interest in Coup D'etat. Please be advised that we are a raiding guild intent on pursuing end game content. If you feel that your play time is not adequate to raid, or your computer or connection are not sufficient to function properly in high-population environments, this may not be the guild for you. Also, as a guild we do not tolerate unnecessary drama. If you are sensitive to crude conversation or prone to develop relationship conflicts, Coup D'etat is not for you.

Please be advised that guild conversation is often "R"-rated and occasionally contains "X"-rated content.

Application Process

Potential applicants must first speak to an officer or recruiter and receive permission to apply. Officers are as follows: Raez (Recruiting), Caylis, Gensis, Valtar, and Gwenavier. Please speak with any one of us.

Not everyone may apply as we have to maintain a certain level of class balance and maximum raid attendance. However, if it is decided that you are eligible, please register a user name that is the same or similar to your character's name and post an application in this forum. Applicants must not be in, or applying to another guild. You must also be applying with your main character that you intend to be playing a majority of the time.

After a day or two, your application post will be moved into a members-only forum where discussions can take place during your application period.

You will be invited into Coup D'etat for the duration of your application process, which is one month (four weeks). During your last week you will be placed up for vote and members will vote on your admission to Coup D'etat. An applicant must receive a minimum of 25 "Yes" votes to achieve full membership and no more than 4 "No" votes (these numbers may change as our numbers change). Once you receive full membership you will be granted access to the members forums.

Applicants will receive full DKP equal to members. Applicants are always welcome to go in on loot. However, full members will receive priority.

Please be sure to /autojoin the general channel and any role/class channels available to you. Speak to an officer for passwords.
